Mr. Bagg brings a wealth of senior executive experience across multiple industries to DigitalNet, defined by a unique combination of a people-first leadership philosophy and disciplined business execution. He previously served as President and CEO of The Bagg Group of Companies, where he successfully guided the multi-sector firm through substantial long-term growth and its eventual acquisition by global security leader GardaWorld. His entrepreneurial achievements also include co-founding Anserteam Workforce Alliance and leading Late Gig Productions, experiences that established his expertise in aligning the people, processes, and technology required to build sustainable, high-performing enterprises.

A strong believer that corporate success is accelerated when built on engaged employees and meaningful work, Mr. Bagg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University). Outside of his professional life, Mr. Bagg is a dedicated community volunteer who serves as Chair of the Board for his local church. He is an avid motorsports enthusiast who spends time each month pursuing track driving at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport) in Bowmanville, Ontario, and is passionate about live music, having previously owned a recording studio, a live production company, and served as the front-of-house mixer for the prominent Canadian outfit, The Daniel Band, during the 1980s and 1990s.
