Geoff Bagg is the Chief Executive Officer of DigitalNet Inc., providing the strategic leadership necessary to drive sustainable growth, foster strong client partnerships, and maintain operational excellence. With a career spanning senior executive roles across multiple industries, Geoff brings a people-first approach combined with disciplined business execution to the managed IT and cybersecurity landscape.
Geoff is widely recognized for his ability to scale organizations and foster winning cultures. As the former President and CEO of The Bagg Group of Companies, he oversaw multi-sector operations and long-term growth strategies, ultimately leading the firm through a successful acquisition by GardaWorld. His entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding Anserteam Workforce Alliance and leading Late Gig Productions, experiences that shaped his expertise in developing the people, processes, and technology required to create sustainable enterprises.

Geoff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Ryerson University. Outside of his professional life, Geoff Bagg is an avid motorsports enthusiast, dedicating time each month to track driving at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (Mosport) in pursuit of ever-improving lap times. He also competes in sport shooting and is passionate about live music, having previously owned a recording studio and live production company. Geoff served as front-of-house mixer for The Daniel Band during the '80s and '90s, reflecting his deep connection to the music scene. He treasures time spent with his family and grandchildren at the cottage, and gives back to his community as chair of the board at his church.

Kamal Vallipuram is the Chief Technology Officer DigitalNet Inc., where he guides organizations through the implementation of secure, practical, and forward-thinking IT solutions. With over two decades of experience in the information technology sector, Kamal has built his career on aligning complex technology with real business needs, ensuring that systems are resilient, secure, and purpose-driven.
Kamal began his career at globally recognized corporations, including IBM Canada and American Express, where he developed a deep understanding of network infrastructure and enterprise-level support. Today, he is responsible for setting DigitalNet’s technical vision and overseeing the company’s cybersecurity strategy and cloud infrastructure. Under his leadership, DigitalNet has supported clients across Southern Ontario for more than 20 years, earning trust through proactive service and a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by non-profit and regulated organizations.
His technical expertise is vast, specializing in managed IT services, cybersecurity architecture, Microsoft Azure, cloud migration, and disaster recovery planning. Kamal holds several elite certifications, including Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert and Azure Solutions Architect Expert, as well as Cisco and FortiNet certifications. These qualifications enable him to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for leadership teams.
Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics from the University of Waterloo, a background that continues to shape his analytical and problem-solving approach. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that technology should reduce uncertainty and create confidence, rather than adding complexity to an organization’s operations.

Chief Technology Officer
Kari Panchad serves as the Director of Engineering at DigitalNet Inc., where he leverages over 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, database architecture, and enterprise technology transformation. As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Kari combines deep technical proficiency with strategic oversight to deliver business-aligned technology solutions that are both secure and future-ready.
At DigitalNet, Kari leads the engineering strategy and delivery across a diverse range of client environments. He oversees critical system architecture, security design, and large-scale cloud transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations. His leadership ensures that client solutions remain resilient, compliant with industry standards, and optimized for operational efficiency.
Before joining DigitalNet, Kari spent more than 15 years managing mission-critical database platforms for a national not-for-profit organization. During this tenure, he designed high-availability systems that delivered 99.9% uptime and implemented automation strategies that significantly reduced operational costs while improving performance. His background spans the full spectrum of modern IT, including software engineering, DevOps, and enterprise data platforms.
Kari holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from McMaster University and is currently completing a Master of Science in Financial Engineering. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical roadmaps and for mentoring high-performing engineering teams. His goal is to ensure DigitalNet’s engineering solutions are not only technically sound but provide measurable value to every client.
Outside of his professional life, Kari is a strategic thinker who enjoys the complexity and discipline of competitive chess. Deeply committed to community service, he dedicates his time to local charity initiatives and tutors students in math and physics, sharing his engineering expertise to empower the next generation and support social growth.
Account Manager
Malik Sheriffdeen serves as an Account Manager at DigitalNet Inc., bringing a unique blend of relationship management and strategic marketing expertise to the leadership team. With 15 years of experience helping businesses and government entities achieve their objectives, Malik is responsible for driving client success through proactive engagement and the optimization of DigitalNet’s sales and marketing strategies.
In his role at DigitalNet, Malik acts as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring their IT and cybersecurity infrastructures are aligned with their broader business goals. Beyond traditional account management, he leverages his deep background in revenue operations and market analysis to help DigitalNet identify and unlock new commercial opportunities. His work includes executing comprehensive marketing audits and providing actionable recommendations to enhance brand engagement and sales efficiency.
Malik’s background includes significant international experience working with teams across South Asia, the US, and the APAC region. He has held specialist and leadership roles in international development, management consulting, and IT solutions, overseeing high-value B2B accounts, strategic advisory work, and complex corporate and government bids. This global perspective allows him to approach client challenges with a versatile, problem-solving mindset, ensuring that technology investments deliver long-term value and resilience.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Malik also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. His approach is highly collaborative and data-centric, ensuring that DigitalNet’s clients benefit from a holistic strategy that integrates technical excellence with optimized sales and marketing outcomes.
